Vanessa Clarkson is a food systems consultant and researcher, working across sectors, to reimagine our 'way of food' to nourish all - humans and the natural systems we are part of.

Through her work, Vanessa has worked tirelessly to rid the food system of unnecessary and potentially harmful food additives and advocated for clearer information and policies to support populations to eat well.

Vanessa is a published author, with her first book - Real Food for Babies and Toddlers, championing simple, delicious food, the whole family will enjoy.

British-born Vanessa lives, writes, cooks and grows on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, in Victoria, Australia, with her husband and three boys.
